If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the arrival date for a refund. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Returns

If an item is unopened, unused and within 30 days of receiving it, you can be refunded the original price of the item and any taxes paid. We do not refund shipping cost.  Please click here and print out the return shipment form. Then insert the completed form with your item and ship it back to:

Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment credit card used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to show on your account.

Digital products will not be returned.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, you will be refunded the cost of the item, original shipping cost, any taxes paid and the lowest cost return shipping (i.e. standard mail).

Shipping

For your protection, please send your return via prepaid shipping. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are processed upon confirmation of the returned item. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Playback Quality; Streaming.

The playback resolution and quality of the Digital Content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are accessing the Digital Content and your bandwidth, which may increase or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide you a high quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the Digital Content you will receive when streaming.
